5 minute corn dip
Are you looking for a quick and easy dish to make for your next holiday party, office potluck, or anytime you don't have the time to spend hours in the kitchen? Don't worry we have you covered with this quick and easy corn dip recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 - 11 oz cans, Mexican corn - drained (You can substitute if you don't want the spice.)
  • 2 cups or 16 ounces of sour cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese or any shredded cheese you like (We prefer the Mexican blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips for dipping
  • OPTIONAL
    • Green onions
    • Chopped cilantro
    • Chopped jalapeños
    • Lime juice
    • Cayenne pepper
Steps:
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients. 
  • Make sure to stir long enough to mix everything evenly.
  • Then put it in the refrigerator to chill
  • Yep, that's it...It's really that easy!
